All buyers receive free live cam access to their puppy.

By placing a deposit on one of our puppies and/or sharing your ICSEE account username with us for access purposes you agree to the Terms of Service below.

Terms of Use

Spottadachs may terminate your access to all or part of the Service if Spottadachs or its owner(s) in its sole discretion, deem that the provision of the Service to you is no longer viable, and/or you violate these Terms of Service;

Available views may vary as puppies grow and are introduced to new play areas;

You may stop using the Service at any time by notifying Spottadachs, and deleting your account with the iCSee application;

Spottadachs does not own or claim any rights to the third-party iCSee app, therefore, is not responsible for access to, or your user information within the App these are your responsibility to sign up for as well as maintain;

You the user are not permitted to:

  1. access, reproduce, download, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, alter, modify or otherwise use any part of the Service or any Content (for example screenshots);
  2. defame, be derogatory toward, or otherwise disparage the seller, its animals, products, services, home, kennels, or any past, present, family members, employees, agents, representatives, or affiliates, including but not limited to any animal husbandry practices, plans, or actions, to any third party, either orally, online, or in writing;
  3. connect on more than 2 devices at once;
  4. circumvent, disable, fraudulently engage with, or otherwise interfere with any part of the Service;
  5. access the Service using any automated means (such as robots, botnets or scrapers) except for via the third-party iCSee app;
  6. misuse of any reporting, flagging, complaint, dispute, or appeals process, including by making groundless, vexatious, or frivolous complaints to the app provider;
  7. use the Service to view Content other than for personal, non-commercial use (for example, you may not publicly screen feed from the Service, post on social media, or distribute screenshots);

Any user found to be breaching these terms will be immediately removed from the service and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law;

No Waiver

If you fail to comply with this Agreement and we do not take immediate action, this does not mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as the right to take action in the future).

Governing Law

All claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be governed by Utah law,  and will be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts of Beaver County, Utah, USA.
